Items Damaged During Shipping
KachinaWorld.com makes every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process.
If you receive any merchandise that was damaged during shipping, you must phone 301-455-0305, (M-F 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST) within 24 hours after your receipt of shipment. However, you have up until 48 hours to email customer service.
However, if you choose replacement of the damaged shipment, we will promptly send you replacement products if we have it in stock.
Kachinaworld.com is in no way responsible for damages that occur after your order has been delivered.
